Membership Grades and Fees

The level of CISM membership you can gain will depend upon your experience in the sales and marketing industry as well as any qualifications you may be studying with us. The table below shows the different levels of membership, the designations you are able to carry and the entry criteria needed for each grade.


Membership Grade

Associate (ACSM)
Associate Member will have 3 or more years experience in any business where duties include selling or marketing. A Member will have a business related degree course or CISAM approved qualifications.

Fellow (FCSM) 
Fellows have a minimum of 3 years continuous membership of the CISAM and 10 years experience in a sales or marketing role including 3 years business experience at management level.

Doctoral Fellow (DFCSM) 
Doctoral Fellows for those candidates who hold a Phd/DBA, and have a minimum of 3 years continuous membership of the CISM and 10 years experience in a sales or marketing role including 3 years business experience at management level.
